stayed here for 3 nights and it was super chill, the pool area is sooo huge and really nice. loved the breakfast buffet at aluco, especially the omelettes. the staff were super friendly and even let us use the pool after checkout which was awesome. also enjoyed my massage at the spa, felt real relaxed afterwards. the palm trees around the place added to the tropical vibe, felt like paradise.

I truly appreciated the lovely pool area and the delicious breakfast that was included in my stay, making my mornings a pleasure before exploring the nearby Four Mile Beach Park, which is only a short walk away, and the Wildlife Habitat, just a quick drive from the hotel, offering an easy and convenient way to immerse myself in some nature during my city strolls.

I loved the lagoon pool—perfect for a refreshing dip. The daily room service surprised me, keeping everything clean and tidy. While the breakfast options were somewhat repetitive, the fruit offered a bright start to the day. a delightful stay with minor hiccups.

Just a solid selection for a brief stop-in in Port Douglas with good value considering price it charged. The pool was cool and great for a relaxing dip after a long day. Try to get your beach access sorted ahead of time.

Staying at this resort was a blast with my kids! The lagoon pool was fantastic, especially for our little ones. Plus, the spacious apartment was perfect for family dinners. The nearby Four Mile Beach was also stunning and super close for some fun in the sun.

I absolutely loved unwinding in the spacious jetted bath tub after indulging in a rejuvenating massage at the spa. Plus, the buffet breakfast featuring delicious omelettes gave my mornings a delightful kickstart!

This place suits me perfectly! The beautiful pool, free wi-fi, and 24-hour reception provide everything I need. I remember my first stay when staff helped me with bug spray. I recommend the cocktails at the pool bar. I'm coming back for a holiday!

The lagoon pool impressed me right away. Perfect for relaxation after a long day. The Pina Coladas at the pool bar were delicious, providing a nice treat. The apartment felt clean and comfortable, a surprise was the daily room service when I thought it wouldn’t be. The buffet breakfast had its ups and downs—awesome fruit but disappointing bacon and overcooked eggs. Limited breakfast variety became monotonous after a few days. Internet connection struggled at times, which was frustrating.

The spa services were great for relaxation, and the comfortable facilities made it convenient for those of us with mobility challenges.

Some areas of the hotel layout were not very accessible, making navigation difficult at times.

The rooftop spa was beautiful, yet extremely dirty and unusable.
